3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy for refunds and cancellations for any of our Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 Implant Dentistry courses:

  1. Deposit and Payment: We generally require payment in full at time of booking as we often offer you course dates customized to your availability and sometimes we offer special unadvertised pricing due to sponsorships. However, we are able to offer payment terms if needed. All fees must be paid in full prior to attending course.
  2. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your registration, immediately contact the course director at 978.660.2754 or via email at [email protected]. We will try to work with you on crediting your fees for a date change. We generally do not offer refunds. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the course start date due to patient coordination and planning, we will try to move you to another date.
  3. Cancellation by Us: Since 2015, we have never cancelled a course. If in the event we would need to cancel a course (i.e. act of God), we would work directly with each attendee as to how they would want to handle it as well. Credit for another date or refund.
  4. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the course without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
